WEB AI ENGINES LIMITED (“WEBAIE”, “we”, “us”) provides this Refunds & Cancellations Policy to ensure transparency and compliance with UK consumer law.
- Cooling-Off Period (UK Consumers)
- If you are a UK consumer, you have a 14-day statutory cooling-off period starting from the date of your first subscription purchase.
- During this period, you may cancel your subscription and receive a full refund if you have not accessed the Service.
- If you begin using the Service (e.g., logging in, using AI features), you agree that the right to a full refund is waived for that portion of the Service used.
- Subscription Cancellations
- You may cancel your subscription at any time via your account settings or by contacting bee@webaie.com.
- Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle.
- You will retain access until the end of the paid period.
- Refunds
- After the cooling-off period, subscription fees are non-refundable, except where required by law.
- No refunds are issued for partial use of the Service.
- We may, at our discretion, issue refunds in exceptional circumstances (e.g., service outages or billing errors).
- Failed Payments
- If a payment fails, we may suspend your subscription until payment is received.
- You remain responsible for any unpaid amounts, including fees for previous billing cycles.
- Upgrades & Downgrades
- Upgrades: New charges apply immediately, prorated for the remainder of the current billing period.
- Downgrades: The lower rate will apply at the start of the next billing cycle.
